2017 FALL Ottawa Sport Summit Agenda

On November 29, 2017, the Ottawa Sport Council will host its FIFTH Sport Summit, Grants Demystified – How to Create a Winning Application. This event has been developed to provide local community sport organizations with an opportunity to network, learn, and discuss relevant issues.

Registration starts at 18:00, sessions will kick off at 18:30.

Grants Demystified – How to Create a Winning Application will  be will be hosted by Julien Leblanc, President of Blueprint Management Consultants North America.

Summit speakers will include:

  • Derek Johnson, President of Face Value Communications Inc.;
  • Lori Bain, Regional Advisor, Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration; Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport;
  • Doug Gore, Strategy Lead for Active People Action Area, Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF).
  • Kevin Wherry; Manager, Parks and Facilities Planning, City of Ottawa
