On April 13, 2019 the Ottawa Sport Council will host its SEVENTH Sport Summit,  Strategic Planning – Future Proofing your Organization . This event has been developed to provide local community sport organizations with an opportunity to network, learn, and discuss relevant issues.

Facilitated by local business leader Julien LeBlanc, and sports broadcaster and communications expert Ian Mendes, Strategic Planning – Future Proofing your Organization will use a workshop format to guide you through the development of your strategic plan.

Topics will include coming together as one around the topic of “Strategy”, habits of highly effective change agents, vision and rally cry, SWOT analysis, creation of a priority matrix, and communication and execution of your plan.  In addition, we are thrilled to have the Canada Games Council join us to talk about the importance of strategic planning and how it has transformed their organization.

With consideration to your feedback, we’ve developed an agenda which will provide you with learning and networking opportunities.
