Crash Course 101 is a 7-week course that teaches women and men (aged 18+) the basics of roller skating for roller derby.

Hosted by Ottawa Roller Derby, participants will learn basic skating techniques such as stopping, falling safely, crossovers, derby position, and footwork, as well as an introduction to the rules of roller derby.
