The Bel Air Cricket Academy is an affiliate of the Bel Air Cricket Club & the Ottawa Valley Cricket Council. It was created in an effort to revamp the growth and exposure of cricket in the city. The club and the league has been in existence for a combined 233 years and it is the desire of former Antigua Under 19s player Brian Allen to be at the forefront of the progression of cricket amongst youth.

“The goal is to introduce the children of Ottawa to the fastest growing sport in the country. It is a fun and interactive game that engages the human body profusely. It is a game that strengthens the physical and mental prowess of its’ participants. From teaching the basic skills of bowling and batting, to the laws and culture of the game, this is a sport and venture that I am passionate about and will be fully dedicated towards,” mentioned academy founder Brian Allen.
