The CS4L’s Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) framework is a seven-stage training, competition and recovery pathway guiding an individual’s experience in sport from infancy through all phases of adulthood. CS4L and LTAD represent a seismic shift in the way Canadians approach sport and physical activity.
