Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une collaboration continue, l&#039;\u00e9quipe du projet a constat\u00e9, aupr\u00e8s de la communaut\u00e9, que le principal obstacle au d\u00e9veloppement du basketball r\u00e9side dans le manque d&#039;infrastructures, qui est au c\u0153ur de cette initiative. Ce projet comprend une \u00e9valuation strat\u00e9gique des infrastructures existantes et des d\u00e9veloppements futurs, qui vise \u00e0\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Aligne les besoins de la communaut\u00e9, le d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures et la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil \u00e0 tous les niveaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Identifie les besoins pr\u00e9liminaires en infrastructures, la viabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique, le potentiel d&#039;accueil d&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nements sportifs et les strat\u00e9gies de mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 \u00c9value la faisabilit\u00e9 de la modernisation des installations existantes par rapport \u00e0 la construction de nouveaux sites sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us \u00e0 cet effet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Garantit que la planification ne se fasse pas en vase clos et r\u00e9duit les risques de duplication des efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trois axes d&#039;analyse \u2013 Ils offrent un point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence centralis\u00e9, permettant de concentrer la recherche, de structurer les id\u00e9es et de refl\u00e9ter les objectifs et priorit\u00e9s fondamentaux \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.
